We had an issue a few months ago with getting a shipment delivered with an agent making the final delivery.  You were kind enough to give us some assistance for some service issues.  Your consideration kept our, your and my, customer happy.  He doesn't do a lot, but it is very important that you know  how far that service went.  You weren't event the lowest quote on the last one, and he was so impressed that we still moved the last shipment with you.  Please pass along to your employees that they are exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate all that you do to keep your customers happy.  I always say that it is easier to keep a customer than find a new one.

I have been using Clear Lane for a few years now.  I can tell you that whenever I have an issue in transit, you have 2 customer service resp that stand out from the rest- Rosie and Merri.  I am on the East Coast, so I like that I can track my shipments with CLNI at 7 am est, and know that Rosie takes my calls that early- especially knowing that she is in the Midwest. Customer service is everything, and I feel Rosie goes the extra mile to call agents, even before she or I have finished our first cup of coffee. So yes, Rosie is an asset to our company, as well as the LTL world.  She is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly will not give me information premature of confirmation.

Backpacks For Life is a 501c3 nonprofit that aims to provide veterans in need with the daily essentials and resources that they cannot provide for themselves.  With each backpack, we hope to give veterans the tools they need for a second chance at life.  Backpacks for Life participates in a handful of Stand Down events throughout each year on the East coast, but this year we were able to expand or presence and help veterans on the West coast in California!  A member of the Stanislaus County Veteran Employment Committee reach out to us in September, wondering how he could get his hands on some of our backpacks.  If it wasn't for the excellent help and customer service from Clear Lane, we would not have been able to get these Backpacks to California.  Clear Lane's staff was helpful and got the job done with ease.
