I have been using Clear Lane for a few years now. I can tell you that whenever I have an issue in transit, you have 2 customer service resp that stand out from the rest- Rosie and Merri. I am on the East Coast, so I like that I can track my shipments with CLNI at 7 am est, and know that Rosie takes my calls that early- especially knowing that she is in the Midwest. Customer service is everything, and I feel Rosie goes the extra mile to call agents, even before she or I have finished our first cup of coffee. So yes, Rosie is an asset to our company, as well as the LTL world. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly will not give me information premature of confirmation.
